• Change Your Password

  • To change your SuperNoodle password, you will need to update your account settings. To manage your settings, follow the steps below: 
    •  Click on your Champ icon in the top right corner
    • Click on your Champ icon to access your account menu
    • Click Account Settings
    • Under Account, click Change Password
    • Enter your new password and click Update to save your changes

• Update Your Email Address

To update your email address, you will need to edit your existing profile. To access your profile follow the steps below: 

• Click on your Champ icon in the top right corner
• Click on your Champ icon to access your account menu
• Click Account Settings
• Under Account, click on the pencil icon to edit your email address
• Click Update to save your changes

• Update Your School

To update your school, you will need to edit your existing profile. To access your profile follow the steps below: 

• Click on your Champ icon in the top right corner
• Click on your Champ icon to access your account menu
• Click Manage Profiles
• Under your Champ icon, click on the three vertical dots
• Click Edit
• Enter in the updated school information and click Edit Profile to save your changes.

• Receiving reports on your student/school check-in data

  • Throughout the school year, the SuperNoodle team will share personalized reports for each class utilizing SuperNoodle. 
  • These reports will include anonymized data on the following: 
    • Active teacher users
    • Active classrooms
    • Check-in and check-out data
  • At this time, only schools/districts will receive these reports. If you are a classroom teacher that would like access to these reports, please contact your school administrator.

• Unsubscribe from Emails

  • Want to keep your account, but cut down on the amount of email you receive?  You can unsubscribe from emails. There are two options to unsubscribe from SuperNoodle emails: 
  • If you’d like to unsubscribe from SuperNoodle emails or update your email preference, you can do so by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in the footer of each email. It may take a few days for your updated email predictions to reflect.
  • Note: Turning off emails does not turn off password reset emails.

• Edit Existing Profiles

  • To edit an existing profile, click on your Champ icon in the top right corner
  • Click on your Champ icon to access your account menu
  • Click Manage Profiles
  • Under your Champ icon, click on the three vertical dots
  • Click Edit

Enter in the updated information you’d like for your profile and click Edit Profile to save your changes.
