Known Technical Issues

We know there are times when you just want to run, jump, stretch, shake, wiggle, and dance but then something is not quite right.  We are always working on giving you the best GoNoodling experience possible but sometimes technology doesn't always cooperate! Below you will find a list of any current issues we know about and are working on.

Parents unable to verify email during family account creation: 

Family users that create accounts via GoNoodle mobile apps are not able to verify their account at this time - which means the account creation doesn't complete. This occurs when attempting to click the verification link sent via email, and you will see an “email not verified" error message even though you have clicked on the verification link. 

The workaround to this is that you can go directly to www.gonoodle.com and watch videos without the need to create an account. Family account creation isn't required to access anything inside our GoNoodle Videos apps so you're not missing out on anything at this time!

GoNoodle Games family account creation still works normally!
