Green Screen on Added From YouTube videos

Can you hear the audio of the video inside the "Added from YouTube" channel on GoNoodle, but the video player is green? Are you using the Chrome browser? If so, try watching the video in a different browser. If that doesn’t work, here is a troubleshooting tip.

Follow the instructions below for Chrome:

  1. At the top right, select the More icon: 
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Advanced.
  4. Select System.
  5. Turn off "Use hardware acceleration when available".

That should help! If that doesn't help, we recommend talking with your school IT department so they can take at a look at your computer's graphics settings.
