No Sound on iOS for GoNoodle Videos or Games?

If you aren't getting any sound when playing GoNoodle videos from the app on an iOS device, check if the switch on the side of the phone to silence everything is turned to off (aka sound on). Our app respects this switch while other apps may not, and some of our users have reported this switch being set to on (aka sound off) as the reason they weren't getting sound with videos.

If you are on an iPad, you can swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up the control center (swipe up twice if running iOS 11), and then tap on the Bell icon to un-mute all sounds. Alternatively holding down the Volume up button on the side if the iPad for a couple of seconds will also un-mute the iPad.
