FAQ GoNoodle Videos on Android and Amazon
Closed Captions
To turn on closed captions on an Android phone or tablet:
- Select the video you want to watch.
- When the video begins, tap on the video and a status bar will appear.
- Select CC.
- The closed captions are now turned on.
To turn off closed captions on an Android phone or tablet:
- Tap on the video and a status bar will appear.
- Select CC.
- The closed captions are now turned off.
To turn on closed captions on an Amazon Fire tablet:
- Select the video you want to watch.
- When the video begins, tap on the video and a status bar will pop up at the bottom of the player.
- Select CC. The closed captions are now turned on.
To turn off closed captions on an Amazon Fire tablet:
- Tap on the video while it's playing and a status bar will pop up at the bottom of the player.
- Select CC. The closed captions are now turned off.
Account Management
As of December 2018, family accounts with parent or guardian email addresses are no longer required for kids to access all GoNoodle Videos content on our Android, iOS, and Amazon Fire Tablet GoNoodle Kids apps or on GoNoodle.com.
If you have a family account, you can change your password from the settings view inside your account or from the login page.
Follow these steps if you're in your account:
- Click the gear icon in the top left.
- Grab a parent and enter the code in the box.
- Click "Change Password" below your email address.
- You're all set!
Follow these steps if you're on the login page:
- Click on "Forgot Password".
- Enter the email address for your account.
- Check your email a message from GoNoodle that contains a password reset link. (Note: This link expires in 24 hours.)
- Click the link and follow the prompts to enter a new password.
- You're all set!
