Age verification during GoNoodle sign up

We are required to ask about your year of birth during signup for GoNoodle so that we can verify your age. Because GoNoodle only allows adults to sign up, the age verification step is necessary to ensure that users are of age to be able to create accounts.

We do not retain information about your age.
