Reset Your Kid's Password

This article contains information for old kid accounts on GoNoodle. If you have created a GoNoodle Family account after April 2018, you are in the wrong place.  Find to our Family Account category here.  

If your child has forgotten his password and his account has been verified by a parent, we can send a password reset email. 

Note: If the kid account has not been given permission from a parent, there is no way to reset the password or retrieve a forgotten username.  In this case, a new account will need to be created.  

Reset Child's Password

  1. Click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the log in page.
  2. Put in your child's username or the parent email address and click Next. An password reset email will be send to the associated parent's account.
  3. Click the link in the email, create a new password, and choose Reset password.
  4. You will now be able to log in with your username and new password!
Note: Kid accounts use a username to log in. Do not use the parent email address.
